The article in The engineer from May 15, 2015 discusses new techniques in construction. It explains the laser meter used to measure buildings in 3D. Easymap is also mentioned: the digital building management system in the cloud.

KIVI Engineering Society
On May 21, Connata addressed the opportunities and risks of the ‘cloud’ at a KIVI symposium in The Hague titled: “The New Building Management.”
The symposium was organized by The Royal Institute of Engineers (KIVI) in The Hague. During this lecture, trends and innovations for property managers, housing corporations, and facility managers were central. Erik Otto from Connata was one of the five speakers. He discussed the benefits and opportunities that the Cloud offers during the management phase of real estate, but also highlighted the risks and points of attention. Of course, Easymap was also discussed, one of the first cloud services for building management.
